Description
This small family business has been producing cheese with pasteurized milk exclusively from their own goats, thus controlling every process of the production. The cheese production process follows the guidelines of organic production and has the certification of the CCPAE.

Organic cured goat cheese with mouldy rind (Garrotxa) and enzymatic curdling between 400 and 500 gr the piece, and tupí cheese (Pyrenees speciality).
