Description

This is an open montane area with boxes and scots pines. The route starts sloping down a 4x4 track. A little flag indicates you the turn-off to a trail. It passes by some pools and goes back to the track (there are several wooden milestones along the way to show you the right path). You will get back into a trail, which skirts the Borda Cremada. Follow the trail in zigzag inside an oak wood. In some stages you can already see the Escales reservoir. The trail goes down through an open and sunny area, with stones and some big oak, to the Cantallops ravine. The itinerary takes you up inside the ravine for about 200 metres, among the stream stones and the trees, as far as a milestone that indicates you to leave the ravine and take a trail. This trail climbs slightly through the shady side, inside a wood, up to the Coma de Pano, where you can enjoy a great view of all the route and the Escales reservoir.
