Description
From the road LV-9121, immediately after the bridge over the Barcedana ravine, the road branches off. This is the starting point of this itinerary.
This route has two versions, one of them by mountain bike, the other one combining driving by car and walking. The beginning is the same for both options, following the track heading to San Salvador del Bosc.
If you choose the walking version, leave the car at the point where the track forks to Sant Salvador or to Hostal Roig and head south.
Directions:
On your right side, take the track that goes up into a pine wood. This will be damper further on the way and you will arrive at a small ravine, called Llau de Castellots. Here the track comes to an end and you need to continue on the old path. You will soon find the Sant Antoni chapel and from there you will start a steep climb. You will cross an oak wood and will find more chapels devoted to different saints: Sant Jordi, Sant Jaume, Sant Sebastià and finally Nostra senyora de Montserrat. Then you will find a steep slope that will take you down to the hermitage of Sant Salvador del Bosc.
