Fresh (sausages and chistorra), cured (xolís, secallona, secalloneta, cured loin, bacon, sobrassada and small red chorizos), cooked (Catalan sausage, blood sausage, egg sausage, and other cooked sausages, pig's trotters and lamb girella), the oven (mushroom meat and other cold meats) and pickled (sausage and ribs). They also sell fresh pork and organic Pyrenean veal.
