Description

The Noguera Pallaresa has been a border region throughout history. The area in la Posa includes a group of military structures (bunkers, trenches, fortifications) that witnessed the experiences in the Civil War and the combats in the Pallars Jussà from the spring of 1938 to the beginning of 1939.

Itinerary

In the municipality of Isona i Conca Dellà there is a signposted itinerary along this remembrance places. The route is divided into four zones around the church of  the Mare de Déu de la Posa. Within a few kilometres, on foot or by car, you can see impressive panoramas over the area, battle settings, bunkers, fortifications and trenches.
