Description

Ginebrell Tower is a Romanesque tower located in the village of Vilamolat de Mur. The watchtower was included in a bigger structure which may have been completed in a more modern stage, when the Casa Ginebrell farm was built.

It was the link between the Mur Castle and the valleys of the Tremp area, being part of the defensive line of the Mur Castle.

History

Built in the end of the 11th century or the beginning of the 12th century.
