One of the giants of the Flamisell headwaters along with the Monsent de Pallars and the Mainera. The low difficulty, except for the last meters of the summit, make it ideal for establishing a shared chrono-climb, also for doing it in summer on foot.

DESCRIPTION
We leave the signpost that will be located on the right bank of the Sallente dam, cross it and start going up, following the summer path towards the Pigolo canal. About 700 m from the exit, the path joins the one that comes from Cua del Pantán (1850 m). The first section will have served as a warm-up. At the end of the Pigolo canal we cross the lane and continue westward following the ravine of Coma d’Espòs. We don’t leave the wide coma until the Collada de la Coma de l’Espòs (2638 m). At this point we turn south following the wide ridge that will take us to the top. Before you get there, there is a rocky area that if you don’t want to take off your skis and do the small climb, you can avoid it by skirting it to the west and reaching the top via this slope (2862 m). We will descend on this western slope. To avoid the part of the most right-hand slope we will follow the ridge of Raspes de Montorroio which will allow us to descend on slopes below 30 degrees. The descent can be traced parallel to the ascent but further south to the Pigolo channel where we will follow the same route as the ascent to the Sallente Dam. We can also make the ascent directly along this descent route without going through the pass and the ridge.
